'Endless Night' Cover Concept

One of three cover concepts from my final year of university, themed around psychological thriller novels, with a focus on atmospheric illustration and lighting. Novel summary: Endless Night by Agatha Christie is narrated by Michael Rogers, a restless young man consumed by dreams of wealth and escape. When he becomes obsessed with a piece of land rumoured to be cursed, and falls into a life of luxury after marrying the rich and enigmatic Ellie Guteman, it seems his ambitions have finally been realized. But as tragedy closes in and Ellie's world begins to unravel, a deeply unsettling truth emerges, one that reframes everything that came before. At once a dark romance and a subversion of the classic murder mystery, the novel is a masterclass in deception.
