Penguin Cover Design Award 2025
A special brief set to celebrate 90 years of Penguin Books. The task was to create a new design system for Penguin paperbacks, bold, distinctive, and mass-market, and apply it consistently across three book titles from different genres and time periods.
Rachel's Holiday - Marian Keyes
Rachel Walsh arrives at a Dublin rehab clinic absolutely certain she doesn't belong there. Funny, frank, and quietly devastating, it's a novel that walks the line between comedy and raw honesty with complete confidence.
Endless Night - Agatha Christie
Michael Rogers has always dreamed of a life beyond his means, and when he meets the beautiful, wealthy Greta, it seems that dream might finally be within reach. Taut and quietly unsettling, it's Christie at her most psychologically precise, trading the drawing room mystery for something far darker.
Lady Chatterley's Lover - D.H. Lawrence
Connie Chatterley is trapped in a cold, intellectual marriage to a man left paralysed by the war, and finds herself drawn into a passionate affair with the estate's gamekeeper. Scandalous on publication and still quietly radical, it's a novel about desire, class, and what it means to feel truly alive.
